Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Dubai, UAE in English and governed by Dubai law pursuant to the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of 1994 (Dubai), as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Dubai and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to pursue the protection of our rights with respect to intellectual property rights and confidential information through the courts. We accept online payment by Visa and Mastercard debit/credit card. Your payment details will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection and will not be stored by the Site. 7. DELIVERY
We use Our delivery team to deliver our Orders. We do not sell or deliver to any countries if prohibited by UAE law, Qatar law, or OFAC sanctions. Your order may incur customs duties and taxes at its destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
A single order may be split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and/or weight limits for parcels. You should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to your monthly credit card or debit card statement & nbsp.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Sale are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates as applicable within the Emirate of Dubai. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai in the event of a dispute.
